Roles & Responsibilities

  • Flawless event logistics, from venue selection and vendor management to budget adherence and on-site coordination, ensuring every detail aligns with the event's objectives.

  • Develop and execute detailed event plans, including timelines, task assignments, and contingency plans, guaranteeing a smooth and stress-free event experience.

  • Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues, securing the best possible terms and ensuring high-quality services within budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in event principles.
