JOB PURPOSE

The Event Car Driver is a key brand ambassador responsible for driving and managing a custom-branded event vehicle to deliver engaging brand activations across the UAE. You’ll bring the brand experience directly to consumers at music events, sports grounds, universities, and urban hangouts, supporting both field marketing and event operations.

The role combines driving, event setup, brand representation, and vehicle maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Event Car Operations & Presence

•Manage and schedule the Event Car based on consumer engagement and campaign priorities.

• Drive the Event Car across the UAE, ensuring timely arrival at events.

• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Set up and pack down the vehicle and equipment at events; support music activations when needed.

• Represent the brand on-site, assisting with logistics, setup, and audience engagement.

• Ensure all necessary permits are in place and comply with UAE regulations.

• Stock and restock the car with products, POSM, and event gear.

2. Event Support & Activation

• Coordinate with Field Marketing and Sales teams to identify high-traffic events and cultural gatherings.

• Support third-party events, festivals, and promotional partnerships on-site.

• Execute pop-up sampling and promotional activities to engage consumers and drive sales.

• Operate or assist with the DJ booth to create the right event atmosphere when needed.

3. Social Media & Community Engagement

• Capture content and share stories to support the brand’s social media presence.

• Create visually appealing, shareable moments at activations.

• Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and community partnerships.

4. Vehicle Care & Scheduling

• Maintain the car’s cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness.

• Keep an updated schedule of vehicle movements and inform the team accordingly.

• Follow all driving regulations and conduct daily vehicle checks before departure.
