Estimator & BOQ – Fit-Out Projects Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Estimator & BOQ Engineer to join our Fit-Out company for interior and exterior projects. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for cost estimation and quantity take-offs, including: • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimations for fit-out projects • Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications • Analyze drawings, scope of work, and technical documents • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations • Evaluate costs, budgets, and project variations • Support project managers with cost control and tender submissions -Work as a Draftsman, preparing and modifying shop drawings and layouts Requirements: • Proven experience in estimation and BOQ preparation for fit-out projects • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings • Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out work scope • Proficiency in relevant estimation and quantity take-off tools • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Valid driving license (mandatory) • Site experience or drafting background is an added advantage
