Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for IFM, hard & soft services, manpower supply, and specialized services.
  • Analyze tender documents (RFPs, BOQs, SOWs, client specs).
  • Conduct site visits and technical evaluations for pricing accuracy.
  • Liaise with procurement and suppliers to obtain quotations.
  • Prepare cost breakdowns including direct cost, overheads, and profit margins.
  • Collaborate with BD team for bid preparation and pricing strategies.
  • Benchmark FM costs and maintain rate databases.
  • Support business development in preparing budgets for new business opportunities.
  • Support contract negotiations and prepare cost reconciliations sheets upon project award.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of FM industry pricing for soft, hard, and specialized services.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Estimation Tools,
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
