Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend Management meetings and Prepare reports as per instruction from Management / HOD
• Prepare accurate estimations by following applicable engineering & customer standards & local / international regulations
• Prepare, arrange and file all documents related to estimation as per company procedure
• Coordinate / handle inquiries for sub contract works as per procedure and include the best solution in estimation (quality, delivery and cost)
• Discuss all estimations with the management for pricing and technical aspects as per procedure
• Attend to any technical clarifications / engineering support from the sales engineers
• Submit the estimations as per the deadline coordinating with the project coordinator and/or HOD, depending on company procedures.
• Prepare & Maintain Engineering Catalog Library, Relevant Engineering Standards & Local / International Rules & Regulations, Standard end-user & Consultant Specifications, Standard Engineering charts, calculations, Standard Technical submittalsYes9Research / development activities as per management instructions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Gulf experience is mandatory
