Estimation Engineer SEPCOIII ELECTRIC POWER CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD. DMCC BRANCH

1. Responsible for the calculation and optimize EPC price of the bidding projects for Oil & Gas filed, Petrochemical etc.

2. Negotiate with clients to reach agreement on price.

3. Carry out the Subcontractor (including the Design Company, Civil, Mechanical, Electric, I&C Construction Company, etc.) inquiry to make the budget for construction works.

4. Estimating Construction Cost by in-house to evaluate the subcontract price

5. Able to negotiate with the Subcontractor who cooperate in bidding stage and get the most competitive offer after the negotiation.

6. Coordinate with Procurement Dept. for equipment pricing and analyze the rationality of the submitted equipment price.

7. Coordinate with the Finance Dept. for insurance cost, tax items and cost of each bidding project.

8. Coordinate with the Logistics Dept. for transportation and storage cost.

9. Comparison analysis the rationality of the calculated EPC price and organize the EPC Price evaluation and optimization meeting.

10. Conduct internal price optimization training for relevant colleagues.

11. Highest ethics and integrity responsibility.

12. Other work assigned by Commercial Department Director.

13. Ensure compliance with corporate policies applicable within your field

14. Calculation the EPC price of the bidding project.

15. Conduct the training of the relevant discipline.

16. Participating in other work of department.
