Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties :

ERP Product Support / Implementation, Understand and Map the Software Process with client requirement, GAP Analysis, Provide Support / Training to the Client for ERP, Handle Client Request and Issues, Application Monitoring and Reporting, Maintaining Daily Log for all the Actions performed.

Required Skills :

Strong communication in English, Customer service skills, Knowledge of MS Office, Preferable Accounting knowledge
