Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth by cultivating relationships with existing customers and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with existing customers and acquire at least 2 new customers per week to build a healthy pipeline, ensuring it is at least 6 times the assigned quarterly target.
  • Achieve assigned top-line and bottom-line targets set by management on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Minimum top-line (gross profit) target of 5 times the gross salary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to project quotes and queries, and effectively managing all aspects of the sales process.
  • Communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the reporting manager on closed business, accurate sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Study online to pass required Sales Certification exams with TIER 1 Suppliers to enhance business funnel and growth.
  • Collaborate with support functions (Technical, Pre Sales, Operations/Project Management, Finance) for large bids and tenders, from inception to closure.
  • Take ownership to position and sell products from 5 Business Units:
  • Hardware: DELL Client, Enterprise
  • Software: ORACLE, Microsoft Cloud, AWS, CITRIX
  • Networking & Security: Cisco, FORTINET, Forcepoint, PALO ALTO
  • Support: AMC for Service and Support, Managed Services
  • Adhere to company rules and HR policies, maintain punctuality in office attendance, and ensure regular CRM updates on leads and quotes submitted.

Experience:

10 to 12 years of experience in UAE market

Existing customer base for HP or DELL Enterprise
