Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The role will focus on documenting, automating, integrating, and continuously monitoring and reviewing the business processes for optimization and ongoing improvement.
  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives, including process standardization.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, utilizing process mining and simulation tools.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive business process architecture, including process models, diagrams, and documentation, leveraging BPMN notation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements and translate them into process solutions, acting as a key liaison.
  • Oversee the implementation of process automation technologies and tools, such as RPA and workflow management systems, driving digital transformation.
  • Establish and enforce process governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, managing process compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization, using KPIs and metrics.
  • Provide training and support to business users on process-related topics, fostering a culture of process excellence, supporting process adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership on process innovation, and process trends.
  • Manage and prioritize process improvement projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines, and project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma green/black belt trained or certified
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in similar role in manufacturing industry
  • Atleast 5 years of hanson experience in using industry standard process modelling and visualization tools (UML , Visio, etc) across all business lines
  • Possesses relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar, demonstrating expertise.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business process architecture or a related role, with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects, delivering results on time and within budget, demonstrating project management skills.
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
  • A proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement and a drive for excellence.
