Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with facilities support teams and internal customers to understand technical requirements and deliver requested services
* Plan and support equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and system enhancements to improve performance and reliability
* Diagnose and resolve network and data-related technical issues, including non-routine problems
* Complete service tickets in line with cabling and service-level agreements
* Maintain organized and compliant data network closets in accordance with coded standards
* Demonstrate working knowledge of CAT 5, fiber, and power cabling standards and capacities
* Support special events, large moves, and project-based technical work as required
* Maintain accurate inventory records of technical devices, tools, and materials
* Follow all safety, security, and company procedures, reporting hazards or incidents promptly
* Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information
* Support teamwork, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Profile

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of related technical or facilities experience
* Valid driver s license required
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel environment
* Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment up to 50 pounds
