Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Specialist Endocrinologist to join its HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders while delivering patient-focused, evidence-based care. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Core Duties
* Diagnose and manage endocrine conditions such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal and pituitary disorders
* Prescribe and monitor medications and hormone therapies based on individual patient needs
* Conduct consultations, explain diagnoses, and provide lifestyle, diet, and preventive health guidance
* Perform regular follow-ups, review patient progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
* Support patients with chronic or complex conditions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care across all cases
* Participate in research, clinical studies, and continuous education to stay updated on endocrinology advancements
* Implement and evaluate chronic disease management plans, particularly for diabetic, respiratory, and cardiac patients
Candidate Requirements
* DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Endocrinologist
* MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
* Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
* Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
* At least 5 years of specialist-level clinical experience
* Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
* Strong record of managing a broad range of endocrine cases
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered approach
