Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for ELV Technicians to join our Talent Pool for potential opportunities with Serco across various contracts in the UAE.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on ELV/IT systems such as CCTV, access control, turnstiles, structural cabling, IPTV, UPS, motorized blinds and louvers, gate barriers, audio systems, lighting control, and parking management systems.
- Monitor, rectify, and repair ELV/IT systems, ensuring records are updated daily.
- Assist in monitoring ELV systems' status and functionality, ensuring efficient operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge for the safe and efficient performance of all duties.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of experience with advanced knowledge in ELV engineering.
- Experience in building maintenance is essential.
- Relevant trade qualifications in the discipline, or equivalent, with a diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering preferred.
