Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and review electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards while addressing project-specific requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical works, managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to quality and progress timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and testing of electrical installations, identifying issues and implementing corrective measures promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, as-built drawings, and installation manuals for future reference.
  • Assist in the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, evaluating supplier bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project design.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular financial updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are enforced on-site, conducting safety audits and training sessions for the team.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, addressing concerns and facilitating communication throughout the project.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project execution and efficiency.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, particularly in construction or industrial projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation for the role.
