Role Summary
The Electrical Inspector Dubai, UAE will support Parsons Corporation in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects by overseeing electrical inspections and ensuring compliance with technical standards. This role covers LV networks, street lighting, traffic signals, pumping stations, and general infrastructure systems. The position requires hands-on inspection expertise, strong technical knowledge, and experience with construction practices in Dubai.

What You ll Do

* Perform inspections on LV networks, street lighting, traffic signals, and pumping station systems
* Conduct electrical and mechanical testing to verify contract compliance
* Validate electrical installations, grounding systems, and circuit integrity
* Carry out inspections of underground piping, pressure tests, and P&ID checks
* Monitor painting, insulation, and finishing work to ensure standards are met
* Verify alignment and balancing of electrical equipment and systems
* Prepare and contribute to quality control documentation and inspection reports
* Support job safety practices and contribute to the development of safety reports
* Provide oversight of subcontracted tasks to ensure workmanship quality
* Participate in welder qualification tests and other technical evaluations as needed

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 years minimum)
* Minimum 7 years experience in construction inspections, preferably within Dubai or the Gulf region
* Strong knowledge of LV networks, street lighting, pumping stations, stormwater, and sewerage systems
* Familiarity with Dubai authorities such as DEWA and Dubai Municipality is an advantage
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction specifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with project teams
* Proven track record in infrastructure inspection and compliance monitoring
