Job Description

As an Ecommerce and E-tailers Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital sales strategy, driving the growth and optimization of our online presence across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating effective strategies to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and ensure our products reach a global audience efficiently. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure our online platforms are user-centric and drive performance. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to boost online sales performance globally.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze web analytics and metrics to optimize user experience and sales funnels.
  • Manage product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions and pricing accuracy.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to enhance service and satisfaction levels.
  • Work with the IT department to resolve technical issues on ecommerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ecommerce field.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices to protect customer data.
  • Establish partnerships with e-tailer platforms to increase product availability and reach.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline shipping and fulfillment processes.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on ecommerce performance and growth.
  • Attend workshops and seminars to stay updated with the latest ecommerce trends.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using Google Analytics and related tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and enhancing customer engagement online.
