Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary:

We are looking for an L1 Oracle EBS HCM Functional Support professional to provide first-level support for HR-related Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules. The role involves handling user queries, basic troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed to ensure smooth HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Level 1 support for Oracle EBS HCM applications
  • Handle user queries related to HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR, or Benefits modules
  • Perform initial issue analysis, ticket logging, and categorization
  • Resolve basic functional issues using standard procedures
  • Guide end users on correct system usage
  • Maintain support documentation and follow SLAs

Required Skills:

  • Basic functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM
  • Understanding of HR business processes
  • Experience with incident and service request handling
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a support / shift environment (if applicable)
