Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Ducting Supervisor with significant experience in MEP projects to oversee the installation and maintenance of ducting systems within our projects.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of ducting systems in accordance with project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the ducting installation process
• Manage a team of ducting technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelors degree or diploma in related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ducting installation and supervision, preferably in MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of ducting systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry
  
  

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation procedures
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a team of technicians and subcontractors
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ducting and HVAC systems
• Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Attention to detail to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
