Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

You ll guide qualified leads through the full investment journey: from first consultation to
successful property purchase. The leads are warm people already using our Smart Matching Tool
and your job is to turn clarity, expertise, and good communication into closed deals.

What You ll Do

  • Advise clients on off-plan and ready properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Understand their budget, goals, risk profile, and timeline.
  • Present property options backed by real market data (not guesswork).
  • Conduct virtual or in-person viewings.
  • Negotiate with developers and ensure smooth purchasing steps.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy; follow up consistently but professionally.
  • Collaborate with our research and marketing teams to improve client experience.

What We Expect

  • English required; French or Arabic is a bonus.
  • Valid UAE real-estate licence (or willingness to obtain one).
