Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to ensure the most efficient trip.
  • Pick up vehicles from customer locations as per the committed date and time.
  • Inspect vehicles appropriately upon collection and document observations.
  • Record and communicate customer concerns clearly on job documents.
  • Handover vehicles to the workshop with complete documentation and notes.
  • Ensure all customer belongings are checked and removed before each transaction.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comfort at all times.
  • Arrange and attend regular service appointments; report any issues promptly.
  • Ensure all reported customer concerns are rectified before returning the vehicle.
  • Deliver the vehicle back to the customer in proper condition and on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

  • Basic Education

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (vehicle driving, pick-up/delivery, or customer-facing automotive service).

Competencies:

  • Safe and responsible driving.
  • Attention to detail in inspection and documentation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow schedules and commitments.
  • Teamwork and coordination with workshop/service staff.

Languages:

  • English (required).
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
