Driver MOVENPICK

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Driver to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing exceptional customer service.

• Pick up and drop off passengers at predetermined locations and times in a friendly and courteous manner
• Operate and maintain company vehicles with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction
• Assist passengers with handling luggage and large packages
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability
• Conduct minor vehicle maintenance tasks and report any issues to the appropriate department
• Fuel vehicles as needed and ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of customer usage, trip reports, and any incidents or accidents
• Provide local information and recommendations to passengers as requested
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
• Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety policies
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance at all times

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 1-3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a customer service-oriented role
• Excellent knowledge of Baghdad's roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented approach to vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
