Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Safely pick up and drop the CEO for office commute, meetings, appointments, and official engagements

  2. Ensure timely travel in accordance with the CEO’s daily schedule

  3. Plan routes in advance to avoid traffic delays and ensure punctuality

  4. Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition—clean, serviced, and presentable at all times

  5. Adhere strictly to UAE traffic rules and safety standards

  6. Maintain complete confidentiality regarding personal and business matters

  7. Assist with family travel coordination

  8. Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary

  9. Monitor vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, service records) and ensure timely renewals

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Valid UAE driving license

  2. Proven experience as a personal or executive driver preferred Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor

  3. Strong knowledge of UAE roads and locations

  4. Trustworthy, punctual, calm, and adaptable

  5. Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
