Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D signage shop drawings using SketchUp, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
  • Create comprehensive fabrication drawings, including material specifications, dimensions, and assembly instructions, for various signage projects.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and fabricators to understand project requirements and resolve any technical issues.
  • Review and interpret architectural plans, construction documents, and design briefs to create precise and buildable signage solutions.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards for signage installations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of design principles.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in SketchUp, with a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to create detailed 3D models and shop drawings.
  • Has experience in the signage industry, with a proven track record of successfully drafting and detailing signage projects.
