Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical plans for interior and marble installations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and design intent.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, verify measurements, and ensure the feasibility of proposed designs for seamless integration.
- Develop cutting and fabrication plans for marble and other stone elements, optimizing material usage and minimizing waste for cost efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in design and construction principles.
Holds relevant certifications in drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management, demonstrating proficiency in essential tools and methodologies.
Demonstrates 2-4 years of experience in interior design or marble installation projects, showcasing practical knowledge and industry expertise.
Exhibits a proven track record in the interior design or marble industry, with hands-on experience in project execution and design detailing.
