Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications and building codes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to interpret designs and translate them into actionable blueprints.
- Prepare and modify architectural and structural drawings, including site plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software.
- Review and analyze existing drawings and specifications to identify and resolve discrepancies or potential issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma or Associate's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building drafting, showcasing a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software, with the ability to create detailed and accurate drawings.
- Exhibits a solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
