Position Overview
Document Controller Dubai, UAE will be responsible for managing the creation, modification, issuance, and accessibility of project documents. This includes contracts, plans, RFIs, manuals, letters, and technical papers. The role involves organizing both electronic and hard-copy records, controlling numbering, filing, storage, and retrieval processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. The Document Controller will report directly to the Project Director.

What You ll Do
* Ensure project participants comply with Aconex procedures and guides
* Build and manage workflows on Aconex for smooth documentation processes
* Register all incoming and outgoing correspondences, drawings, MoMs, and technical submittals
* Maintain and update registers of all mail, stamping and circulating to concerned staff
* Control and track all project documentation including site instructions, change orders, RFIs, letters, daily reports, and submittals
* Receive, log, distribute, and monitor all technical documents from clients and subcontractors
* Update schedules for technical submissions, RFIs, drawings, and method statements
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in business administration, library management, or related field
* 3 5 years of experience in document management, archive, or records management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, OnlyOffice, or DocuWare Cloud
* Experience in the construction environment with understanding of project execution processes
* Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Methodical, reliable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
* Commitment to job ethics, honesty, and high professional standards
