Tasks


  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements and translate them into effective DLI HR Works solutions.

  • Provide technical expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing the DLI HR Works system to enhance functionality and performance.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the DLI HR Works software.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the DLI HR Works system, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for DLI HR Works configurations, processes, and user guides to support ongoing client needs.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Functional/Technical Consultant in HR software implementations.

  • Proven ability to understand and translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to accountability and quality delivery.
