The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. About The Role : As a Discovery Centre Attendant at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you play a vital role in delivering meaningful, educational, and engaging experiences to guests of all ages through programs that highlight the natural wonders, sustainability values, and cultural richness of the Red Sea region. Based in the resort s innovative Discovery Centre, you support daily operations and assist in the facilitation of interactive activities, guest sessions, and environmental learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Activity Support:

• Welcome guests warmly to the Discovery Centre and provide clear, informative guidance on the centre s activities, exhibits, and programs.

• Support the delivery of educational and interactive sessions related to marine life, sustainability, local traditions, and natural history.

• Facilitate children s and family activities in collaboration with the Kids For All Seasons team and other departments.

• Assist in creating a memorable experience through hands-on learning and storytelling.

Daily Operations & Maintenance:

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the Discovery Centre at all times.

• Ensure activity materials, supplies, and displays are stocked, organized, and in good condition.

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of programs, workshops, and special events.

• Monitor guest activity to ensure proper use of interactive exhibits and adherence to safety protocols.

Communication & Support:

• Respond to guest inquiries regarding the environment, resort sustainability initiatives, and scheduled Discovery Centre events.

• Collaborate closely with other departments, including Recreation, Sustainability, Housekeeping, and Rooms, to support cross-functional programming.

• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding guest interests, suggestions, and program effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, recreation, or environmental education preferred.

• Enthusiastic and passionate about nature, conservation, and cultural heritage.

• Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages in both structured and informal settings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

• Interest in marine life, sustainability, or local traditions is a strong advantage.
