Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to evaluate product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Lead and support initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency across SSO activities. Conduct deep product-level analyses to uncover areas for optimization
  • Identify and communicate key market trends, evolving customer needs, and growth opportunities aligned with SSO priorities. Leverage data from Services teams (e.g., Insights & Enablement, Customer Success), Product verticals, and regional sources
  • Gather insights from internal and external security product experts to enhance product positioning and support market research and trend analysis
  • Deliver structured, ongoing competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions, product development, and feature innovation.
  • Provide insights and reporting to the SSO Product Council to support product evaluations and prioritization efforts.
  • Facilitate regional product discovery workshops and insights sessions in partnership with Product teams to inform development and capture new requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of quarterly business reviews for the Business Integration & Excellence team and broader SSO group, ensuring alignment with our Mastercard objectives and transparency
  • Define, track, and report on executive-level KPIs and overall SSO performance, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into progress against strategic objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)

Proven experience in a similar role across product insights, performance management and product research

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to connect data to business priorities

Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication skills, with a talent for storytelling using data

Experience in consulting or competitive intelligence is highly desirable
