Position Overview
The Director of Revenue and Distribution at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai will lead the Revenue and Reservations department, developing pricing strategies, optimizing distribution channels, and ensuring maximum profitability across all revenue streams. This leadership role demands expertise in luxury hotel operations, revenue management systems, and cross-departmental collaboration to maintain brand standards and drive growth.

Core Duties

* Focus on revenue generation and brand profile building for the resort and spa
* Set up and manage PMS and CRS configurations to guide room selling strategies
* Establish inventory availability, pricing, and daily fluctuations in coordination with the Director of Sales and Marketing and reservations team
* Develop long-term pricing strategies with Sales and Group Revenue leadership to target all market segments
* Maintain full knowledge of hotel facilities, room types, packages, rates, and policies
* Oversee reservation deposits, track room availability, and manage allotment releases and close outs by category
* Conduct regular competitive market analysis to identify trends and adjust selling strategies
* Review and verify reservations daily, ensuring complete and accurate guest and rate data
* Monitor cancellations, adjustments, no-shows, group bookings, and allotments for optimization opportunities
* Enforce policies, procedures, and best practices across the department
* Collaborate with F and B and Spa leadership to maximize non-room revenues and ensure accurate channel loading
* Track pick-up patterns, lead times, and market behavior for informed decision-making
* Promote a cost-conscious operational approach through staff training and education
* Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, safety, and financial obligations while upholding brand service standards

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* Minimum one year as Revenue and Reservations Manager in a luxury hotel; three years in a similar role preferred
* Proven track record of results in revenue management
* Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
* Ability to collaborate across departments and influence strategy
