About The Role

As the Director of PR & Communication, you will be the strategic leader driving our global public relations, influencer marketing, and brand communication initiatives. You will create and execute integrated strategies that align with business goals, foster strong relationships with industry thought leaders, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive PR and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and manage influencer marketing campaigns with a strong focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain audiences.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, thought leader and media outlets to expand brand visibility.
  • Oversee all campaign phases from negotiations to performance evaluation.
  • Manage media relations, press activities and integrated communication campaigns.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to safeguard brand reputation.
  • Direct content strategy and integrated PR campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Ensure effective internal communication and cross-departmental alignment.
  • Monitor PR and influencer marketing KPIs, prepare analytical reports and optimize strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the PR team; coordinate with external agencies and contractors.
  • Manage PR budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and aligned brand messaging.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in PR, communications and influencer marketing, preferably in the cryptocurrency, blockchain or fintech industries.
  • Proven success in designing and executing integrated communication campaigns.
  • Strong network of media contacts, influencers and industry thought leaders.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong crisis management skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement and optimization.
  • Fluency in both English and Russian is essential in this role; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Spanish) are a plus.
