Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize hotel operations and maximize profitability
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Oversee all aspects of rooms division operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, local regulations, and company policies
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and inventory management
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that increase occupancy and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovations to keep the property competitive in the market

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hotel operations management, with a strong focus on rooms division
  • Proven track record in leadership roles within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in hospitality management systems and revenue management techniques
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, particularly in rooms division
  • Thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian hospitality industry standards and regulations
