Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop strong business partnerships with Market Unit and country leaders.
- Represent Brink s AMS value proposition to financial institutions and retailers.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue customer opportunities through direct engagement, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close complex sales, including deal structuring and contractual agreements.
- Support customer onboarding onto the AMS platform.
- Contribute to organizational scaling, hiring, and capability building.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop business plans and go-to-market strategies for the region.
Skills & Experience
- Deep ATM industry acumen, including financial institution networks, retail deployments, and card schemes.
- Strong solution-selling and negotiation expertise in complex sales cycles.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation and written communication skills.
- Skilled at building effective teams and fostering collaboration across borders.
- Resilient, action-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Proven ability to deliver results in high-growth, competitive environments.
- Comfortable with global and regional travel.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Leads generated and market opportunities mapped.
- Completion of sales contact and engagement plans.
- Sales pipeline maintained at more than 2x annual target.
- AMS revenue growth achieved.
- Training hours delivered and number of employees upskilled.
- Positive feedback from Market Unit General Managers and Sales Directors.
- Contribution to building AMS capability across MEA.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in the ATM industry (domestic and/or international).
- 5+ years leading or supporting solution-selling sales teams.
- 5+ years implementing operational solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and close large, complex AMS deals.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Track record of scaling new business lines or building market entry strategies.
- Strong existing network within the ATM and financial services sector.
