Position Overview
Brickhouse Properties LLC is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a proven real estate background to take full ownership of our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires someone with hands-on expertise in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ad campaigns independently, along with content creation skills to produce engaging videos, landing pages, and marketing creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns tailored for Dubai’s real estate market.
- Creative Content Production: Develop engaging videos, landing pages, flyers, LinkedIn posts, and Instagram content that resonate with our audience.
- Lead Generation & Conversions: Build and manage digital funnels that generate qualified real estate leads.
- SEO & SEM Excellence: Apply SEO/SEM strategies to boost brand visibility and website ranking.
- Website & Landing Page Optimization: Design and optimize landing pages with high conversion rates.
- CRM & Database Management: Manage real estate CRM systems for effective lead nurturing and conversion tracking.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns that nurture prospects and retain clients.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to measure performance and improve ROI.
- Budget Ownership: Manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with digital marketing and real estate trends, always bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Skills
- Real estate digital marketing experience (mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads & Google Ads/Display
- Video creation & editing for social media campaigns
- Landing page design & optimization (WordPress/other tools)
- Strong graphic design skills for flyers, brochures, and social media creatives
- Social media campaign creation & management (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- SEO & SEM management
- CRM management (real estate CRMs preferred)
- Data-driven decision-making
- Budget management
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry
- Proven success in independent campaign execution and creative production
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
