Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a dynamic digital marketing strategy encompassing social media (organic & paid), email automation, SEO/SEM, and content.
  • Lead campaign ideation, creation, execution, and optimization with a data-driven mindset.
  • Drive lead generation via omnichannel approaches—WhatsApp, email, social media, and beyond.
  • Develop eye-catching content and oversee its deployment across platforms.
  • Analyze metrics across campaigns, delivering actionable insights and ROI-focused reporting.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and sales teams to align brand messaging and elevate campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital, automation, AI marketing tools, and omnichannel strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance-driven digital marketing roles, ideally within tech or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management, email marketing (campaigns & automation), and PPC/SEO or SEM.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, social media ad managers, email automation platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
  • Bonus: Previous exposure to WhatsApp marketing or automation platforms.
