About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead both performance marketing and brand-building initiatives for a leading fashion apparel brand in Dubai. This is a strategic role for a candidate with proven expertise in driving digital growth, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and enhancing brand presence. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM (PPC), social media, email, content, and display advertising.
  
• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  
• Analyze metrics (ROI, KPIs, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  
• Oversee website management to ensure optimal UX and SEO performance.
  
• Lead content creation and brand messaging across platforms.
  
• Manage digital marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
  
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, retail and e-commerce.
  
• Expertise in performance marketing and brand building.
  
• Hands-on experience with: SEO, SEM (Google Ads/PPC), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing & Automation, Content Marketing, Display Advertising.
  
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and social media tools.
  
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
