Job Title : Digital Marketing & IT Specialist, Real Estate Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing: Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive
digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, generate leads & drive sales.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across
platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. Create engaging
content (text, image, video) and run targeted ad campaigns.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality, relevant content for our website, blog, email
newsletters, and social media channels.

SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines
(SEO), and manage paid search campaigns (PPC) on Google Ads and other platforms to
maximize ROI.

Email Marketing: Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture
leads and engage with existing clients.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators using tools like
Google Analytics. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI
Website Management: Ensure company website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and
optimized for lead capture. Manage content updates and ensure a seamless user
experience.

Technical Support: Provide first-level IT support to all employees, troubleshooting
hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Data Security: Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect company
data and client information. This includes managing firewalls, anti-virus software, and
data backups.

Software & Hardware Management: Install, configure, and upgrade software and
hardware. Manage user accounts and access permissions.

Vendor Management: Liaise with external IT service providers and vendors for
specialized support or new technology acquisitions.

Training: Train employees on new software, IT policies, and best practices for data
security and efficient system usage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field.

Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio of successful
campaigns.

Demonstrable IT support or system administration experience.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools
like Ahrefs/SEMrush, social media management platforms like Hootsuite/Buffer).
Solid understanding of IT concepts, network protocols, and data security best
practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
