Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to translate their visions into innovative design concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and branding standards to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and materials.
- Utilize industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma to create high-quality layouts, graphics, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, iterating on designs to enhance user experience and engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, showcasing a strong academic foundation in design principles.
Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with an ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
Strong portfolio that showcases a diverse range of design styles, highlighting both creativity and strategic thinking in problem-solving.
