Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train our customers on the newly delivered equipment.
  • Demonstrate to new potential customers the features and benefits of our products.
  • Perform scheduled visits to existing customers to check on our machines conditions, customer operator's skills and practices.
  • Load and off-load CED equipment, deliver and mobilize GGE equipment when it's needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Education
  • Heavy vehicle and equipment license
  • Min 5 years' experience in the operating and demonstrating heavy equipment in UAE.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High skill levels in operating different types of heavy equipment and trucks.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English, Hindi and Urdu.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish contact and trust with customers.
  • Good background on the technical and operational aspects of the heavy equipment.
  • UAE market and customers knowledge.
  • Good understanding for customers' needs and sites requirements.
  • Excellent awareness about safety requirements and site preparations before any training or demo.
  • Good knowledge in using computer programs: MS, outlook etc.
