Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting and administrating sales and operations planning on a weekly basis with all key people in the business (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, Finance & Logistics)
- Generate and monitor 12 months rolling forecast from SAP, have it validated by sales and Marketing key people to ensure that our forecast is aligned closer to actual
- Furnish procurement plan to procurement department to ensure that required products will be available at the place and at the right time
- To ensure agreed stock levels will be met
- Collecting and consolidating monthly confirmed orders from export department and communicate to other departments to ensure that orders will be dispatched at the requested time of delivery
- Monitor daily the items that are on low stock levels and follow up the orders and arrivals with both the procurement and Inbound department
- Coordinating with both sales & Marketing department on new product launching, monthly promotions, stock that are slow moving to ensure the availability and movement of stocks.
- Generating monthly planning KPIs, analyzing, finding and reporting it to the Management including Forecast Accuracy
- Attending and providing Inputs to weekly supply chain OPEX meetings and monthly reviews
- Assessment of complete sales and Operations plan at the end of each month and present results and findings to the Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge in SAP
- 5 Years’ experience in demand & Supply planning in any FMCG Business
- Knowledge in Demand Planning software's
- Microsoft Office Knowledge, (Word, Excel, Power Point)
