Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Delivery Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing IT or digital programs, with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives in agile environments.
  • Project Execution: Solid track record overseeing end-to-end program delivery, consistently meeting timelines and budgets while upholding governance and quality standards.
  • Agile & Hybrid Practices: Proficient in delivery methodologies including agile and blended frameworks, with expertise in sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Experienced in working closely with technology vendors and implementation partners to ensure accountability and successful outcomes.
  • Technology Exposure: Familiarity with customer engagement platforms such as contact centres, chatbots, self-service systems, CRM, loyalty, and omnichannel solutions.
  • Domain Knowledge: Background in the airline sector is advantageous; experience with platforms such as Amadeus, PSS, or NDC/Offer-Order is highly valued.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to align business and technology priorities while managing diverse stakeholders.
