Technology Innovation Institute (TII) is a publicly funded research institute, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is home to a diverse community of leading scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and researchers from across the globe, transforming problems and roadblocks into pioneering research and technology prototypes that help move society ahead.Key Responsibilities:Executive Reporting & InsightsDesign and maintain real-time dashboards and monthly/quarterly executive reports for the CEO and Board.Analyze key business KPIs (e.g., revenue, growth, operations, product adoption) and provide actionable recommendations.Automate data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable reporting systems.Strategic Data AnalysisData-driven projects that align with company strategy, such as market expansion, cost optimization, and customer segmentation.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with Finance and Business Units to source data and create insights.Helps to identify data patterns and opportunities for innovation or risk mitigation.Data Governance & QualityEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across sources.Define and maintain standards for executive data definitions, dashboards, and reporting protocols.Requirements:Education & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.3 7 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or analytics preferably in a high-growth or C-level support environment.Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in SQL, Python or R.Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).Solid understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning basics.Soft SkillsExceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Discretion in handling sensitive executive data.At TII, we help society to overcome its biggest hurdles through a rigorous approach to scientific discovery and inquiry, using state-of-the-art facilities and collaboration with leading international institutions.
