Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Manager (Data Centres) – Fire Fighting Systems. This critical role is responsible for leading, managing, and delivering fire fighting system projects within data centre environments to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding selling skills, advanced technical expertise, and strong communication abilities, all underpinned by excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities – Project Delivery, Fire Fighting Systems & Client Engagement

• Oversee end-to-end project management for firefighting systems across data centre projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and lead project planning meetings, establishing clear objectives, schedules, and deliverable timelines in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, building relationships, managing expectations, and addressing any technical or commercial queries efficiently.
• Drive the sales process for fire fighting system solutions, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure system compliance with regulatory, code, and client standards.
• Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation and reports, and proactively identify and address any risks or issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets and resources, control costs, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
• Lead the handover process, ensuring successful commissioning and sign-off of fire fighting systems within data centre environments.

Qualifications & Experience – Data Centre Projects & Fire Protection

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience delivering firefighting system projects, ideally within data centre environments or high-value technical projects.
• In-depth understanding of fire protection codes (NFPA, UAE Fire Code, etc.) and industry best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and project management software; AutoCAD skills or similar an advantage.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, client engagement, and technical sales within a fire safety or related technical sector.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and subcontractors, with strong commercial acumen.
