Customer Support Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer support or service role is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with customer support software (CRM systems, helpdesk tools) is desirable.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
