Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues with a personal touch.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and follow up on open cases, ensuring no customer feels neglected.
  • Provide clear and concise product information, helping customers understand features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the product team to develop solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate answers and recommendations to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a positive rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships that encourage brand loyalty.
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to contribute insights for improving service delivery and customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles, showcasing the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Fluency in English or Arabic, with additional languages considered a strong asset for diverse customer bases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Empathy and patience, allowing for a deeper understanding of customer perspectives and emotions.
