Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues with a personal touch.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and follow up on open cases, ensuring no customer feels neglected.
- Provide clear and concise product information, helping customers understand features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the product team to develop solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate answers and recommendations to customers.
- Develop and maintain a positive rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships that encourage brand loyalty.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to contribute insights for improving service delivery and customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles, showcasing the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Fluency in English or Arabic, with additional languages considered a strong asset for diverse customer bases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Empathy and patience, allowing for a deeper understanding of customer perspectives and emotions.
