Location: Dubai
Experience Required: 1 – 5 Years
Languages: Hindi, English, and any one of the following – Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, along with proficiency in any one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries.
  • Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up for closures.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets as assigned.
  • Handle customer concerns with patience and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year and maximum 5 years of Customer Support Executive / customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Hindi, English, and any one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-oriented approach.
