Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems using a systematic approach, documenting each step.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical issues and drive solutions.
- Train and educate customers on product features and best practices, enhancing their overall experience.
- Monitor support tickets and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs) effectively.
- Provide detailed and clear documentation of customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
- Actively gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest product improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
- Experience in software troubleshooting, including familiarity with APIs and debugging tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing teamwork and adaptability.
- Technical proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ticketing systems and remote support applications.
