Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the customer service team to achieve exceptional service standards and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service strategies with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share feedback, and celebrate successes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate customer service practices.
  • Create and maintain a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer needs and expectations.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in a specific industry such as retail, telecommunications, or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly advantageous.
  • Certification in Customer Service Management or related fields will be an added benefit.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on customer needs and solutions.
