Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Walk in Interview: Office No. 106, Sun Shines Building ,Al Garhoud, Dubai (near GIGICO Metro – Exit #2 - Timing 09:30am to 12:30pm, Monday to Saturday
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Actively listen to customer needs, empathize with their concerns, and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and feedback, ensuring accurate record-keeping for improved service delivery.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and implement effective solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of a high school diploma, with additional certifications in customer service or communication preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail or tech industry.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems is essential.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
