Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Walk in Interview: Office No. 106, Sun Shines Building ,Al Garhoud, Dubai (near GIGICO Metro – Exit #2 - Timing 09:30am to 12:30pm, Monday to Saturday

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Actively listen to customer needs, empathize with their concerns, and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and feedback, ensuring accurate record-keeping for improved service delivery.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and implement effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of a high school diploma, with additional certifications in customer service or communication preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
