Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join Mapyr as a Customer Service Executive and Online Shopping Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, guiding them through their shopping journey, and ensuring they enjoy a smooth, personalized, and satisfying experience with Mapyr brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and website navigation.
• Provide accurate information on products, promotions, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Manage order-related concerns including exchanges, returns, cancellations, and after-sales support.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized assistance and recommendations.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and quick issue resolution.
• Escalate complex issues when required, ensuring proper follow-up until closure.
• Stay updated on Mapyr’s product range, promotions, and company policies.
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail (online shopping assistance is an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken are a must).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
