Customer Service Executive (CRM)

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

Effectively handle customer queries via various channels (e.g., phone, email).
Manage and process customer service bookings accurately and efficiently.
Provide timely and informative responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate channels.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in handling customer queries and service bookings.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
